• Need to port `che-username-readonly` keycloak theme to the CRW
• "Cannot GET /serverxegz2429-jwtproxy/server-4402/webview/index.html" welcome page error on single-host CRW workspace

• Fix GitHub authorization (upstream PR) - backported to 7.20.x
• Revert update of openshift connector because Odo 2.0 doesn't support devfile 1.0 - built in new sidecar (impact: plugin registry + plugin-openshift sidecar image)
