Slips to 2.6:

• Keytool` imports the only one certificate from the file (upstream issue) ==> Has no PR yet

• Fix SCM panel in Theia (upstream issue) - too risky for 7.20.x backport

• We should set Theia container CPU limit upstream issue - ongoing discussions
