Tasks for Prod (with help from Deploy and Plugins):
- ensure the latest addDigests scripts for registries from upstream are in use in CRW
- ensure that those registries can use RELATED_IMAGE_* env vars instead of hardcoded URLs in devfiles and plugin yaml
- enable digest pinning from OSBS; disable addDigests in crw operator-metadata builds
- disable Jenkins rebuilder job (so we don't create quay-specific rebuilds of the registries)
- disable Jenkins rebuilder job (so we don't create quay-specific rebuilds of operator metadata)
- use something like https://gist.github.com/nickboldt/ed43f390756527a567b168689f409e4f to deploy CRW 2.4 using image_content_source_policy so we don't need different images in quay vs. in osbs
If all that works... see CRW-1044 – switch to new bundle format, and then ensure we have a story for installing it on OCP 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6RC.
