Old digest references in plugin registry point at theia-endpoint 2.10-1 image, but 2.10-3 is the released version

      Longer way is what's proposed in this issue – rebuilding the registry to get the correct latest digests, and releasing that with a new CRW 2.10.1.GA operator metadata bundle, too.

      Last 2.10 plugin registry build was last built with digest refs to theia-endpoint 2.10-1, but the latest image in the CSV and the errata is 2.10-3, so plugin reg fails to resolve the image from registry.redhat.io.

      Because we use an ICSP to check the brew.reg images (OSBS registry) and not the stage / prod images, this wasn't caught until 2.10.0.GA was live and breaking users. Fun.

      Until CRW-1157 is fixed, I suppose we need a new test to verify that digests in the plugin and devfile reg are the same as those in the metadata image, and that all the images in all three places are the same ones in the errata.
