All containers in CRW 2.2.0 workspace pods have imagePullPolicy set to Always.

This doesn't help with workspace startup performance and (afaik) makes k8s image puller quite useless.

Maybe it's worth changing the defaultimagePullPolicy to "IfNotPresent".
