Description of problem:

While attempting to connect to a Kiro workspace on IBM Z using Remote SSH, the connection fails during server initialization.

The session terminates immediately with an Unsupported architecture error, and the exec server does not start.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use a macOS machine.
2. Open Kiro DevSpaces / VS Code.
3. Try to connect to a DevSpaces workspace using Remote SSH.
4. Observe the connection logs.
