The csv report either produced by BigQuery or Nise will need to be read from the specific report path. The csv file will contain the hourly data of the past x amount of days. The report will be broken down and inserted into the line item daily table, and then the summarization of the GCP reports will start.

We will need the mapping and design of the cost, instance, and storage api in order to understand how the data is inserted into the database.
