Currently, our RHOCP cost models support adding a per-cluster per-month rate:

In the ROSA pricing page we can read "ROSA with hosted control planes (HCP) clusters incur a $0.25 per hour cluster fee", meaning  COST-5883 is not going to be enough as a workaround for COST-5714 because months may have a different number of days (hence, different number of hours), therefore one cannot univocally translate the 0.25 USDxcluster/hour x number of days/month x 24 hours/day= X cluster/month.
