Suggestions for a few UI improvements:

• "Overhead" label is misleading: project X labeled "overhead" does not mean that project is overhead but it's receiving platform and/or unallocated cost
• Can the "Group platform costs" toggle removed?
• Can the "Distribute cost of running openshift per cost model / don't" be removed?
• Should we show the cost for platform projects between brackets but not sum it in the total in the page because its cost is being distributed?
