Summary

We want to accept the external id and store it (always securely) along with the role ARN of the AWS account we assume role access to.

Assumptions

This assumes that the sources wizard and sources work to pass the new unique-per-customer external id is complete.

Details

• During AWS source creation we need to handle the external id when it exists and store it with along with the role ARN.
• We want to fail source status validation if the supplied external ID does not work
