GPU Support in Cost Management

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Customers are using GPUs to accelerate certain workloads on their OpenShift Container Platform clusters. As GPUs are high-cost resources, customers would like to include the costs for these GPUs in their cost calculations.

This request asks for GPU support in Cost Management. When applications request GPU resources, this should be visible and available for cost management in Red Hat Cost Management.

3. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Customers need a way to calculate costs for applications that use GPU resources. At the moment, these costs are not represented correctly, as Cost Management does not provide this capability at the moment.
