As of today, Cost Management reads the cost of all services from the cloud bills (AWS, Azure, etc) and shows that in the Infrastructure view but it only distributes the computing costs to OpenShift projects. Since other services (networking, storage, etc) may be a large part of the cost, we should distribute them too.
Tagging, allows to manually distribute cost of other services but it's not obvious and it will incorrectly distribute costs when an account is shared between OpenShift and non-OpenShift workloads.
We should automagically distribute as many services as possible: network traffic? VPC? storage? ROSA, ARO, etc? databases?
