Users would like to hide table the following columns for the OCP details page.

• Month over month change
• Infrastructure cost
• Supplementary cost

By default, "Infrastructure cost" and "Supplementary cost" would be disabled. "Month over month change" is enabled, but can be hidden if desired.

We will not allow the name (first) column and cost (last) column to be hidden.
