The Infrastructure/Supplementary breakdown information does not seem to be of great interest to customers in summary level graphics/tables, therefore to conserve on the amount of data being presented, in the following UI areas, we need to de-emphasize these breakdowns.

1. Overview - move the infrastructure breakdowns (lines in the charts) off of the big chart and into its own chart in its own perspective.
2. OpenShift Details - allow the user to hide/show infrastructure cost and supplementary cost columns from the table.
3. A cluster/project/node's Details pages - have a new graph that represents the breakdown of the infrastructure vs. supplementary costs
