To make it easier for customers to setup secondary storage using Fibre Channel over Ethernet (FCoE), we will include the fcoe-utils package in RHCOS.

This will be backported to 4.20 (to be confirmed).

      See: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RFE-5725

      Steps:

      • Build an image of RHCOS (rhel-coreos-config) without changes
      • Add the fcoe-utils package to the manifests
      • Build a new image of RHCOS
      • Make sure that only expected packages were added to the image (i.e. fcoe-utils and its dependencies, no Perl packages)
      • Verify that no new services were enabled
      • Try to figure out if we can make a basic test to verify that the functionality added by this package works

Once everything here is ready and merged for the main branch (i.e. 4.22), we will look at backports to existing releases (don't start backports before that).
