Note:

We need to figure gate the install in EU Sovereign Cloud as requested by the API team. For now, it only gates the ARN config fields.

The enhancement for EUSC install is in progress, which needs to merge before feature gate PR merges.

It looks like we are gonna add the service endpoint automatically for the users if installing into EUSC. Currently, there is only 1 region. By the time the next region is rolled out, openshift components should be running on AWS SDK v2.
