Add rhel-9 attribute in openshift_node_support_packages

    • During installation the packages for openvswitch and policycoreutil-python-utils will be installed on the rhel 9 nodes.

      Openshift ansible has a file called "roles/openshift_node/defaults/main.yml" where the packages to be installed on the RHEL nodes are listed. The current version of the file lists specific packages for each major version of RHEL (ex 7, 8). Add the section for rhel 9.

       

      Note: The list of packages is currently the same as rhel-8.
