Epic Goal
- Add support so that Openshift Ansible can create/scaleup RHEL 9 nodes.
Why is this important?
- Openshift Ansible currently supports RHEL 8 nodes, but this is EOL. The openshift installer has already moved towards RHEL 9 support. As the support of openshift ansible is continued, so to is the requirement to upgrade support for RHEL 9 nodes.
Acceptance Criteria
- CI - MUST be running successfully with tests automated
- Docs - MUST be updated to indicate the new support
- REPO - The rhel-9 repos must be available and the packages must be able to be downloaded/installed
- Packaging - Openshift Ansible must be packaged for customers
