Currently, RHEL 8 compute nodes are supported with the latest version of Openshift Ansible. This spike is meant to provide a look at the requirement to allow users to create RHEL 9 compute nodes. 

The following is meant as a starting point but this list should not be the only changes:

1. Package Updates (packages required for nodes to come up successfully)
2. Docs Updates
3. Repo updates (ensure these exist)
4. CI updates 
5. Packaging updates (not sure if we will need this to change)
