User Story:

As a (user persona), I want to be able to:

• enable a custom DNS solution through the install configuration
• ensure that the installer provides the custom dns information to the cluster

so that I can achieve

• A custom DNS installation with the CAPG infrastructure enabled.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Default/cluster owned DNS configuration is not used for GCP install.
• DNS Domain does not have to live in gcp
• public and private zones may not exist in gcp.
• ignition is finalized after the load balancers - public and private have been created.
