      Goal

      As an OpenShift installation administrator my installation needs extra time for the installation to finish.

      Problem

      In bare metal deployments some servers take a long time to boot/reboot, making the default installation timeout in OpenShift not enough. We should accommodate longer installation times that can't be shortened since they are related to the time the hardware/firmware takes to boot
