User Story:

Migrating to the stages, some platforms have issues when gathering ip addresses (bootstrap and control nodes) in the terraform output variables.

Installer wise, I want to have the option to be able to gather ip addresses as I was before using the split stages in terraform.

• Customize ExtractHostAddresses per platform (optional)
• Consistent IP address extraction from the bootstrap and control nodes

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• Can implement a custom Extract Host Addresses per platform
• Other platforms use a Normal Extract Host addresses (behavior unchanged)
• No timeout, or error when Extracting Host Addresses on platform
• Working gather bootstrap when having only the bootstrap ip as well as boostrap and control nodes ip
