As an OpenShift Developer, I want to be able to:

• Address any deprecation notices when running Ansible playbooks with Ansible >2.9

so that I can achieve

• Maintain playbook functionality after Ansible API changes >2.9

Acceptance Criteria:

Description of criteria:

• scaleup.yml and upgrade.yml playbooks execute successfully without deprecation notices
• Review Ansible porting guides for 2.10 and 2.11 to ensure no other changes would effect proper playbook runs
