Goal:

Include the latest fixes from Terraform and Terraform providers.

Problem:

We've fallen behind upstream codebases and would like to catch up. This is especially true for the platforms which have been in since 4.1, newer platforms like vSphere and OSP are more current as they've been added more recently.

Why is this important:

• Many bugs have been fixed upstream
• Some providers now include more efficient mechanisms that we could leverage to make the installation more efficient
