If the lokistack is not deployed,  the default name "logging-loki" is used in the korrel8r.yaml. then we deployed the lokistack in openshift-logging namespace using the other name(For example: lokistack-dev).

Expected result:
The configmap/troubleshooting-panel is updated to correct lokistack name after lokistack is deployed

Actual result:
the lokistack name is still logging-loki
