Remove special console links to open troubleshooting panel

      Now that we have a global entry point for korrel8r and the "Focus" button we no longer need explicit links on specific console pages. Moreover these links take up space and are a hindrance to users, especially the log record links.

      The "correlate" links should be removed from:

      • alert screen
      • log records  (See OBSDA-1016 )
      • metrics
