When "All projects" is selected, the Software Catalog only displays a list of namespaces. It looks like it's now required to select a project to display the catalog.

This change of behaviour doesn't make sense to me, as typically a new project is created when you install a operator. Why do I have to choose an unrelated project to view the catalog?
