    Description

      Static plugin nav extensions used to support a 'resource' property used to link to namespaced or cluster scope resources. This API was deprecated in dynamic plugins, but the console app extensions and nav components still reference this legacy property.

      We should remove all references to this deprecated API property and update to use model and startsWith properties instead.
