Remove duplication in extensions for adding tabs to resource pages

      Based on the SPIKE CONSOLE-3131, there are currently 2 different extensions that can be used to add tabs to resource pages:

      • console.tab/horizontalNav
      • console.page/resource/tab

      `console.tab/horizontalNav` is currently the best one to use as it has a wider usage.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Deprecate `console.page/resource/tab` & the type guard it has
      • Migrate the Dynamic Demo Plugin example over
