      The following behaviors and components are implemented as per design:

      The "Other available paths" modal on the cluster setting page has a "Recommended" column

      "Recommended" column heading displays a popover when the "?" icon is clicked. Note that the "Learn more" link seen in the design can be omitted as of right now.

      Each row in "Other available paths" table displays information about whether each version is recommended, not recommended, or blocked.

      The "Other available paths" modal which is accessible from the cluster settings page should be updated to show information about conditional updates. A "Recommended" column should be added to the version table which indicates whether each version is Recommended, Supported but not recommended, or blocked.
