Support Conditional Updates - Cluster update "Other available paths" modal

      The "Other available paths" modal which is accessible from the cluster settings page should be updated to show information about conditional updates. A "Recommended" column should be added to the version table which indicates whether each version is Recommended, Supported but not recommended, or blocked.
