Determine where to host JSDoc generated docs for Dynamic Plugins

      There will be a way to automatically generated documentation for OpenShift SDK (see https://github.com/openshift/console/pull/10431) and publish it.

      Ideally, this would be available before the release of 4.11 and would automatically created and published. 

       

      AC:

      • Discover all the options available for publishing the JS Docs for Dynamic Plugins.
      • Create a follow up story to implement that option
