Goal
We often hear that notifications are overwhelming and it is hard to filter the noise from what the user cares about the most. This unit of work would allow users to customize what notifications appear in the drawer, ultimately adding value for users.

Note: These settings will only apply to the notification drawer and not the alert receivers. 

Acceptance Criteria

• Group notifications by severity
  • allow users to group by type/severity level (critical, non-critical, recommendations). 

• • when deselected, notifications will be sorted by most recent
  • this setting enables/disables the grouping we have in console today
• Show/hide severity types
  • Allow users to select the notification severities they want to surface in the drawer
  • Critical, Non-critical (warning and informational) and Recommendations
• Consider adding a link from the drawer
