Surface operator-related quick starts on operator details pages

    Description

      Operator details pages should include the "Quick starts available" label when the operator includes quick starts.

      Operators provide various functionality to the cluster they are installed on and to the users that interact with them. Operator authors can create quick start documentation to help guide users to make use of them and their provided UIs. These quick starts are already available today if the user browses the quick start catalog, however a user should also be able to easily find them after installing the operator.

      A user should be able the easily locate quick starts that relate to an operator, immediately after installing the operator, so they can now make use of the new functionality it provides.
