• test custom domain (set on Ingress config) for `console` route with valid setup, with custom domain already being set on Console-operator config
• test custom domain for `downloads` route with valid setup
• test custom domain for `downloads` route with invalid setup
• test reconfiguration of custom domain for `downloads` route
