In openshift/api in the console/v1 directory we need to create the new QuickStart resource. This will require reviewing the quick start design documentation and generating the appropriate data type to drive this CR.

• Quick starts will have several steps
• Quick starts will require markdown content rendered as HTML

The UI will have to generate call to action steps as well as "finish" indication. Consult design doc.
