As a user when I go to create a new IDP, most likely I will need to generate a Callback URL:

Enter the authorization callback URL, where the end of the URL contains the identity provider name:
https://oauth-openshift.apps.<cluster-name>.<cluster-domain>/oauth2callback/<idp-provider-name>

It would be great if we displayed the CallBack URL and made it easy to copy.

Acceptance Criteria

• show an authorized callback URL for an identity provider for each form
• provide a "copy to clipboard" button for each form
• Add this field directly after the Name field for the necessary providers. (See design example for GitHub)
