Instruct customers that when they upgrade to 4.21 they can (optionally, at their discretion) remove MTC operator.

Something akin to a configuration verification / recommendation Operator.

      Considerations

MTC is end of life and is no longer required in CNV v4.21

When upgrading to 4.21, you can remove the MTC operator.

As a writer, do you think that we should also add this to the Updating section of the documentation?  It might be nice to add a module called Upgrade considerations... just a thought.
