      Goal

When VMs use shared disks there can be some inconsistent or unexpected behavior.  For example: a shared disk may be deleted when one of the VMs using it is deleted, VM Snapshots, storage or cross-cluster migrations, VM Clone, etc.  The goal of this epic is to identify the current issues and correct them together.
