virtctl does not work on RHEL8 OS

      Description of problem:

      When I download virtctl from Command Line Tools, and then try to run virtctl command on rhel8 OS, it will raise some errors.
# ./virtctl 
./virtctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by ./virtctl)
./virtctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by ./virtctl)

      CNV4.16

      How reproducible:

      100%

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.Download virtctl from Command Line Tools
2.Run virtctl command on RHEL8 OS

      Actual results:

      # ./virtctl  ./virtctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.32' not found (required by ./virtctl) ./virtctl: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.34' not found (required by ./virtctl)

      Expected results:

      virtctl works as expected, or Command Line Tools should provide another version virtctl for rhel8 or lower version OS.

      Additional info:

      I found a website that can download virtctl for RHEL8 OS, and it works fine.
