      Goal

The self-validation tool introduced in CNV-60481 should be built for a typical on-prem environment by default. For example, it should include the L2 underlay connectivity tests by default, with an option to opt-out of those.

      User Stories

      • As a cluster admin I would like to specify which features I do not need and do not want to support. For example, if I don't have VLANs in my cloud, I need to be able to opt-out of those tests, or parametrize them so they fit my particular environment.
