Description of problem:
- Provide any error or warning message when the disk size of the VM is entered less than the source volume disk size. - The VM creation proceeds but it stuck in provisioning state and there is no direct way to identify the cause unless someone look into diagnostics. - Go to Diagnostics --> Data Volume Status --> Click on DV --> CloneValidationFailed ~~~ The clone doesn't meet the validation requirements: target resources requests storage size is smaller than the source 10737418240 < 32212254720 ~~~ - If this validation can be done earlier while create button click and provide a pop-up for the size difference, that would be good.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try creating a VM with 20 /10 GB disk size from a template which is 30 GB 2. Check VM is getting created and stuck in Provisioning state 3.
Actual results:
VM stuck in Provisioning state due to disk size difference: CloneValidationFailed
Expected results:
Warning pop-up message about the size difference.
