Description of problem:
- Provide any error or warning message when the disk size of the VM is entered less than the source volume disk size. - The VM creation proceeds but it stuck in provisioning state and there is no direct way to identify the cause unless someone look into diagnostics. - Go to Diagnostics --> Data Volume Status --> Click on DV --> CloneValidationFailed ~~~ The clone doesn't meet the validation requirements: target resources requests storage size is smaller than the source 10737418240 < 32212254720 ~~~ - If this validation can be done earlier while create button click and provide a pop-up for the size difference, that would be good.
