When deploying a nested OCP cluster without Hosted Control Planes / Hypershift, but a complete cluster with workers and masters, customers will need to have the kubevirt-csi-driver and kubevirt-cloud-provider, for the nested cluster's storage and LB services, correspondingly.

The idea is to publish these manifests, with the appropriate images, in an helm chart so customers will be able to deploy them easily with "helm install ...", so the non-HCP nested cluster will have the kubevirt-csi and kubevirt-cloud-provider capabilities.
