Allow Prometheus access to all the virt pods

      Any virt pod, or underline pod that run in the openshift-cnv namespace, and that exposes metrics, needs to have the new hco.kubevirt.io/allow-prometheus-access label, and to add the the metrics endpoint in the pod's ports nob, with the name of "metrics".

      For the virt-operator, the label is added in CNV-63381. The metrics port is already in place.

      It seems that all virt-* pods already have a valid named Prometheus port. But this need to be validated.
