Any AAQ pod that exposes metrics, needs to have the new hco.kubevirt.io/allow-prometheus-access label, and to add the the metrics endpoint in the pod ports nob, with the name of "metrics".

For the aaq-operator, the label is added in CNV-63384. The metrics port is already in place.

But the aaq-controller and the aaq-server does not have a named port for Prometheus.
