      Description of problem:

      When running OpenShift on IPv6 single-stack cluster, the VNC/console widgets of Console don't show anything

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.19

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Deploy OpenShift on IPv6 single-stack cluster
2. Create a VM
3. Open the Console tab

      Actual results:

      Console does not work

      Expected results:

      It works just as it works with IPv4 clusters
