Goal

Control HCO and VMs via natural language, preferably using vanilla OCPSTRAT-2079 (OCP's driver for Model Context Protocol)

User Stories

As a cluster admin, I would like to connect my cluster to GenAI using OCP's Model Context Protocol, so that I can configure CNV, define VMs, fix common VM-related problems.
