Actions -> "Open Console" does not work in VMI action

      Description of problem:

      In VirtualMachineInstance page, click Actions and select Open Console, it will open the url: https://console-openshift-console.apps.hanacluster.openshift-qe.sdn.com/k8s/ns/sap/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachineInstance/sapvm01/console/standalone
This page have no any detail of every tab, please see the screenshot.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Virtualization -> VirtualMachines -> select VM -> open its VMI page
2. Click action, select open console
3.

      Actual results:

      https://console-openshift-console.apps.hanacluster.openshift-qe.sdn.com/k8s/ns/sap/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachineInstance/sapvm01/console/standalone/console
was opened, and this page shows no content.

      Expected results:

      https://console-openshift-console.apps.hanacluster.openshift-qe.sdn.com/k8s/ns/sap/kubevirt.io~v1~VirtualMachine/sapvm01/console/standalone
should be opened, this page shows the console of VM
