We can either use a cluster_sanity like package scoped validation for bond and multi-nic support on a cluster running network lanes. 

Or we can use explicit marking and if -m <marker> passed and the cluster does not have <marker> support we can fail the tests. Here <marker> can be bond and multi_nic.
